HHS Holistic Analytics Restructured for the Enterprise (SHARE) BPA

Overview

HHS SHARE funds efforts by HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) to collaborate with industry partners to enable productized services and deliver more consistent and standardized outcomes to complex missions and operations. To support this five-year, $90 million BPA contract, HHS selected vendors with:

  • Demonstrated expertise in human-centered design methodology.

  • Dedicated end-to-end development, security, operations (DevSecOps) solutions.

  • An established DevSecOps enabler deployed in federal environments.

VivSoft is one of three prime contractors under HHS SHARE, and the only 8(a) small business prime on the BPA. Through this vehicle, VivSoft’s open source based ENBUILD accelerator can be procured to support OPDIVs which are seeking more affordable ways to automate and rapidly deploy customized environments and data platforms.  ENBUILD also empowers mission owners to make data driven decisions using technology which enables secure and scalable data ingestion, analysis, and outcomes.

What HHS SHARE Offers

HHS SHARE provides OPDIVs like the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Human Resources (OHR) and the Office for the Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs (ASPA) with enhanced data products and communications services to strengthen mission response capabilities and increase awareness of and access to HHS programs which are in place to support underserved US populations.  Through HHS SHARE, VivSoft is providing OPDIVs with more modernized infrastructure and improved data governance by optimizing CRM platforms like ServiceNow and expanding its digital footprint among underserved communities.
