VivSoft Appoints New Leadership Team Members
VivSoft is happy to announce the appointment of two longtime technology leaders to executive roles in the leadership team. Nathan Mangan and Arthur Treichel will lead and grow our federal DOD practice and the company’s Cybersecurity strategy respectively. We are excited to have their leadership and experience drive outcomes for VivSoft's customers and help our customers solve complex problems using emerging technologies.
Nathan Mangan is joining VivSoft as Vice President for Federal Sales. Nate is coming to VivSoft from Amazon Web Services (AWS) where he was the Air Force Sales Team Lead.
He brings 20 years of experience in solving complex Department of Defense (DoD) mission problems. He has played an integral role in Air Force cloud transformation the past 5 years while at AWS. Nathan has a reputable collection of awards which include; AWS Vice President Discretionary Award Global Sales in 2018 and AWS DoD Sales Rep of the Year in 2017. He is a trusted agent of the DoD IT community with over 21 years solving complex use cases for various DoD organizations: Air Force, COCOMs and FFRDCs are some of his most successful customers. Nathan started at Telos Corporation in 1999, where he began his career in supporting Air Force and worked there for 13 years.
Nathan graduated from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA with a degree in business and later received his MBA from Villanova University at the Villanova School of Business.
Nathan resides in Denver, Co with his three children Luke, Julia and Jake. He loves to play golf, camp, fish in CO and of course ski all winter with his family.
Arthur Treichel recently joined VivSoft as a Chief Information Security Officer. He is coming to VivSoft from the Allegis Group where he was the Corporate Head of Information Security. Arthur is leading VivSoft and it’s customers in assessing and building their cyber security infrastructure. His immediate priority is to establish and maintain the security posture for our customers critical infrastructure. In addition Arthur will be involved in further strengthening our Cloud Practice by providing Cyber Security expertise.
He is a thought leader in global cloud security architecture, advanced identity and access management, Zero Trust deployments, and enterprise cyber security governance and compliance leadership. His work in the realm of cybersecurity for Hybrid Cloud and IoT environments is helping public and private sector customers ensure the security posture of critical infrastructure. He is focused on automating and codifying the ATO processes and providing SME to DoDs continuous ATO (cATO) processes and maintaining the cloud security posture through codified guardrails. This approach to cybersecurity enables faster deployments / documentation and allows customers to detect, respond and remediate vulnerabilities faster. Arthur’s leadership and maturity approach to InfoSec program management has built a world-class security department –architecture, governance, incident response, litigation hold, threat and vulnerability management.
Arthur’s compliance expertise includes CMMC, as well as ISO, NIST, FISMA, DFARS, ISO, HIPPA, GDPR, SSAE, and COBIT.
