Stephen Iwicki will provide strategic leadership as company eyes growth opportunities within the Defense and Civilian sectors.
VivSoft Technologies LLC (VivSoft) is pleased to announce that Stephen Iwicki has been appointed as the company’s first Chief Operating Officer (COO). Iwicki brings 16 years of proven industry leadership in driving program execution, profitability, and revenue growth with Leidos, General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), SOS International (SOSi) and Octo. Iwicki successfully managed business units as large as $350M in revenue with U.S. and global footprints up to 1,500+ employees and subcontractors.
Iwicki will join VivSoft’s executive leadership team to support CEO Navin Gunalan and CTO Tapasvi Kaza in executing the company’s strategy and vision while leveraging his experience growing companies both organically and through teaming partnerships for consistent year over year growth. “Stephen brings the energy and expertise to help further develop our company structure as we continue to rapidly win more competitive awards across a wider customer base” said Gunalan. “Stephen’s ability to communicate and interface with customers and his exceptional ability to communicate complex solutions into easily understandable use cases will greatly contribute to the user experience our core capabilities support within the DoD, Federal Civilian and State and Local markets,” said Kaza.

Iwicki is an executive leader with over 35 years of experience managing across multi-agency environments and business units. He has a track record of winning business and building successful teams across functional areas supporting the national security of our nation. Iwicki retired from the U.S. Army as senior military intelligence officer in 2005 with assignments from tactical units to the White House.
