GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Schedule 70

The GSA MAS Program is the federal government’s largest and most widely used acquisition vehicle, offering agencies access to thousands of contractors and over 11 million products and services, with controls built in to ensure discount and competitive pricing for Government buyers. Through MAS, VivSoft is eligible to support federal customers under three Special Item Numbers (SIN):
SIN 518210C: Cloud and Cloud-Related IT Professional Services: Includes commercially available cloud computing services such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) and emerging cloud services.
SIN 54151S: Information Technology (IT) Professional Services: Includes general IT services such as database planning and design, systems analysis, integration, programming, conversion, migration, implementation support, network services, data/records management, testing, and others.
SIN 54151HEAL: Health Information Technology (IT) Services: Includes Health IT services such as connected health, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics, personal health information management, innovative Health IT solutions, health informatics, emerging Health IT research, and other Health IT services.

Structured as an indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) multiple award schedule contract.
Contract valid through August 2024 with three 5-year option periods.
Offers multiple contract options: Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials, or Labor Hour.
Reduces typical procurement lead times and administrative costs.
Stipulates no dollar value limit on task orders.
Can be used by all federal agencies, and the District of Columbia.
Allows the creation of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for recurring needs.
Employ pre-negotiated fair and reasonable pricing.
